Aircraft are the lifeblood of Antarctica. It is the only way to the Pole for nearly all who arrive there. So, here, I indulge my fascination with these aircraft. (In my next life I want to be a bush pilot.) This is a Twin Otter at Willy field (McMurdo), a workhorse for everyday chores and the aircraft of choice for medical evacuations in the dead of winter.
